Tired after a long drive up from the city and need a break and snack before heading out to dinner ? Sharing a bottle of local wine with one of our charcuterie boards could be the perfect answer !

Our Charcuterie boards are customized to the guests' request.  Choose from a Misto with traditional cured meats, cheese, hummus, pickles, nuts, fruit and a selection of breads and crackers.  Make it your own with the addition of smoked salmon or our homemade smoked Georgian Bay trout dip.  

While the word “charcuterie” is French and translates to meat (char) and cooked (cuit), we are happy to replace meat with a wider selection of cheeses or fish. Vegetarian boards are also available  please contact us with your specifications.
