Cancellation Policy 


If you are in doubt about your ability to utilize your booking please consider buying 

travel insurance before booking. Also consider that weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation by travel insurers or the property.

Bookings made through Airbnb or are subject to the cancellation policy stated in your confirmation from the Online Travel Agency. 

For Direct bookings made through
Cancellations - "Risk Free"
Any booking may be cancelled if the cancellation is received by the host more than :
*  30 days prior to an arrival date that falls on a Designated Ontario Holiday or long weekend
* 14 days prior to an arrival date that does not fall on a Designated Ontario Holiday or long weekend
Any deposits paid will be refunded to the original method of payment. 
Cancellations - with one of the following stipulated reasons
1. Any level of Canadian government restricts the guests' ability to travel outside of the Risk Free cancellation period
2. Any level of Canadian government restricts the host's ability to host guests 
In either of these situations, a Gift Certificate will be issued for the pre-tax value of the original booking. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not transferable.


When would cancelling guests be charged the full amount of their booking ?

1. No shows

2. Cancellations that do not meet any of the above reasons

When would guests be charged the full amount of their booking  and refused admission to the property ?

1. Guests that arrive at the property

      1.1 without government issued photo ID showing a current address

      1.2 without a valid credit card or other form of damage deposit

      1.3  and fail the COVID-19 screening test 

 2. Guests that breach the house rules for example : aggressive, rude, dangerous or threatening behaviour towards staff , other guests or pets.

Check-in is between  4pm to 9pm
  • Early check-in (after 1 pm before 4 pm) cannot be guaranteed.  If you do require early check-in it can only be confirmed after  your suite has been vacated and cleaned. If early check-in is arranged please respect the Host's time and cancel your request if it is no longer required. 

  • All suites are guaranteed for arrival between 4 pm and 9 pm. Its great to know when you expect to arrive so please text us a heads up (9056505299) but  relax knowing that your room is guaranteed until 9 pm. 

  • Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. 

Check-out is by 11am.

  • We do not offer late check-out. 

  • Please return your key to the host, our lost room key charge is $50.00 and will be charged to your account unless the key is returned before we  must replace it.
